Absolutely not! Many of our members begin just like you. We evaluate each new member's fitness level and customize our workouts with 'universally scaled' versions—tailored workouts for every level. As you progress, you can tackle more demanding variations of the workouts if you wish.

For beginners starting out, aiming for 2-4 sessions per week is sufficient to see results and adapt comfortably.
Expect some soreness initially, so it's essential to allow recovery days between sessions. As the months progress, gradually work towards training 5 days a week to optimize your progress!
We provide dynamic, stimulating, and diverse programming to keep things enjoyable! Our workouts are released beforehand.
Certain days emphasize strength, concentrating on lifts such as barbell squats, kettlebell swings, and occasionally incorporating Olympic lifts.
Qualified coaches lead every class. We commence with a group warm-up, targeting the muscles involved in the workout.
The coach explains the workout, movement specifics, and correct form. Throughout the session, the coach offers guidance and instructions.
To aid recovery and minimize injury risks, we conclude the class with a collective cooldown.
